摘要
某款轻型汽车排气波纹管在特殊工况条件下存在异响的现象,针对该问题进行了确认、排查及试验验证,分别分析了系统共振、波纹管结构摩擦、整车装配误差过大等因素对异响的影响,表明产生异响的主要原因为波纹管动刚度峰值频率与发动机激励频率、排气系统固有模态重合进而导致共振发生,异响来源为波纹管外网结构摩擦以及整车装配误差。提出了波纹管优化方案且进行了试验和验证,结果表明,通过更改波纹管外网结构、增加其最大极限位移、改变波纹管动刚度特性可以有效解决异响问题。
Abnormal noise in the exhaust bellow of a light duty vehicle under special working conditions has been confirmed, troubleshooted and verified by experiments. The influence of three factors including sympathetic vibration,bellow structural friction and vehicle assembly error on abnormal noise was analyzed. The analysis results show that the abnormal noise is mainly caused by superposition between bellow dynamic stiffness peak frequency and engine excitation frequency as well as exhaust system intrinsic mode that causes resonance, abnormal noise comes from bellow structural friction and vehicle assembly error. Bellow optimization was proposed, tested and verified. The results show that the abnormal noise can be eliminated by changing bellow external structural, increasing its maximum ultimate displacement and changing bellow dynamic stiffness.
