摘要
全球城市竞争力的核心是人才,构筑人才高地是城市新旧动能转换、创新能力提升、均衡充分发展的有力支撑。当前济南市在构筑人才高地中仍面临人才总量不足、结构亟待优化、服务管理不够精细精准、政策扶持力度不够、政策宣传落实不到位等问题。因此,要科学谋划更具吸引力、竞争力、驱动力的人才政策,要不断完善更具精准化精细化精致化的人才工作机制,持续优化更加宜居宜人宜业的人才发展环境。
