早期乳腺癌改良根治术的临床分析

摘要
目的探讨早期乳腺癌改良根治术的临床。方法采集2016年4月至2018年5月90例乳腺癌患者随机数字表分组。传统组开展常规乳腺癌根治术,改良组开展早期乳腺癌改良根治术。分析效果;乳腺癌切除手术的开展时间、手术开展过程失血量、手术后住院日;施术前后患者乳腺癌生活质量以及卡式评分值;皮瓣坏死、上肢水肿等的出现率。结果改良组效果和传统组相似,P>0.05。乳腺癌生活质量以及卡式评分值、乳腺癌切除手术的开展时间、手术开展过程失血量、手术后住院日、皮瓣坏死、上肢水肿等的出现率均显著和传统组比较有优势,P<0.05。结论乳腺癌患者行早期乳腺癌改良根治术效果确切。
Objective To investigate clinical effect of modified radical mastectomy for early breast cancer.Methods Collect 90 cases breast cancer patients from April 2016 to May 2018, divide them into two groups with random digital table method. Traditional group was treated with routine radical mastectomy, and modified group with radical mastectomy at early stage. Analyze clinical effect, including breast cancer resection time, intraoperative blood loss and hospital stay after operation, life quality of breast cancer patients before and after operation, Karnofsky performance scores, incidence of skin flap necrosis and upper limb edema. Results Effect of modified group was similar to traditional group,(P> 0.05). Life quality, Karnofsky performance scores, breast cancer resection time,intraoperative blood loss, hospital stay after operation, incidence of skin flap necrosis and upper limb edema have advantages compared with traditional group, P<0.05. Conclusion Modified radical mastectomy has accurate effect on early breast cancer patients.
