摘要
为提高三相高频链矩阵整流器在不理想电网下的适用性,提出一种三相四桥臂高频链矩阵整流器拓扑,其在电压型三相三桥臂高频链矩阵整流器的基础上引入第四桥臂,旨在给输入不平衡的电流提供零序电流通路,进而提高其适用于不平衡电网的能力。为提高直流电压利用率,减小输入电流谐波,针对所提拓扑提出一种面向双向开关的数字实现式解结耦鞍型波脉宽调制(SAPWM)方法,其算法简便、灵活性强。为论证所提拓扑可分解为三个独立的单相高频链矩阵整流器,提出一种通过观测交流侧滤波电感两端电压波形来进行分析的新思路。最终实现了在电网电压一相跌落条件下仍能输出稳定的直流电压,输入电流谐波含量低且功率因数高。仿真和实验验证了所提拓扑及理论分析的可行性和有效性。
        In order to improve the applicability of the three-phase high frequency link matrix rectifier under the unbalanced gird conditions, a three-phase four-leg high frequency link matrix rectifier topology is proposed. This topology introduces a fourth leg based on a voltage-type three-phase three-leg high frequency link matrix rectifier, which is designed to provide a zero-sequence current path for the input unbalanced current, thereby improving its ability to adapt to unbalanced grid conditions. In order to improve the utilization of DC voltage and reduce the input current harmonics, a digital implementation of a de-re-coupling saddle pulse width modulation(SAPWM) method for bidirectional switches is proposed, and the algorithm is simple and flexible. A new idea is proposed for analyzing the voltage waveforms at both ends of the filter inductor on the AC side, to demonstrate that the proposed topology can be decomposed into three independent single-phase high-frequency link matrix rectifiers. Finally, a stable DC voltage can still be output under the condition of one-phase drop of the grid voltage, the input current harmonic content is low and the power factor is high. Simulation and experiments verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed topology and theoretical analysis.
