摘要
研究了腐蚀后Al-Mg-Cu合金引流板的显微组织、微区成分、电化学腐蚀性能以及腐蚀产物成分等,并与新引流板的进行了对比,分析了其腐蚀失效的原因。结果表明:Al-Mg-Cu合金引流板的腐蚀是由含硫的酸雨引起的,电流热效应导致引流板的组织老化,θ相的析出和粗化使引流板的耐腐蚀性能进一步降低。
The microstructure,micro area composition,electrochemical corrosion property and corrosion product composition of the corroded Al-Mg-Cu alloy drainage plate were investigated and compared with those of the new drainage plate.The reason for corrosion failure was analyzed.The results show that the corrosion of the Al-MgCu alloy drainage plate was caused by acid rain containing sulphur element;the thermal effect of electric current led to the aged structure of the drainage plate,and the precipitation and coarsening ofθphase decreased the corrosion resistance of the drainage plate further.
