摘要
改变Al-5Ti-0.35C中间合金在ZLSi7Cu2Mg铝合金中的加入量、浇注温度和静置时间,通过正交试验,确定了最好的试验方案:Al-5Ti-0.35C加入量2.0%,浇注温度705℃,静置时间7 min,测试其热处理(固溶+时效)后力学性能达到σb=385MPa,δ=7.83%。并在此基础上研究了Al-5Ti-0.35C中间合金对ZLSi7Cu2Mg合金组织和性能的影响。
By changing the addition amount, pouring temperature and holding time of Al-5Ti-0.35 C alloy in ZLSi7Cu2 Mg aluminum alloy, the best experimental scheme was determined through or thogonal test. When a ddition amount2.0%, pouring temperature 705℃, holding time 7min,the mechanical properties after heat treatment was measured, which could reach σb=385MPa, δ=7.83%. On the basis of the research, the effects of Al-5Ti-0.35 C alloy on the textures and property of the alloy were studied.
