摘要
介绍了钢结构施工过程中常用的技术方法,指出电焊技术需要把握好焊接力度,找准受力点,有效保证钢结构的稳定性能。安装技术操作过程中要控制好钢柱的移动速度,保证钢柱与地平面之间相互垂直,安装完成后检查各项数据是否与施工方案相一致。梁柱节点设计的主要工作方式有刚性连接节点、半刚性连接节点及铰接连接节点。结合实际施工需求,以螺栓连接法与焊接法相结合的混合施工方式体现了施工工作的人性化特点。提出了高层建筑钢结构施工的质量控制要点,施工时应挑选耐腐蚀能力强的材质,注重环境保护,文明施工。制定健全的管理条例,落实责任制度。定期考核员工的工作能力,培养技术人员的创新意识,提高其创新工作能力,进而促进建筑施工工作的稳步发展。
        This paper introduces the commonly used technical methods in the construction of steel structure,and the welding technology needs to grasp the strength of welding,find the stress point accurately,and effectively ensure the stability of steel structure. We should control the moving speed of steel column; ensure that the steel column is perpendicular to the ground level. The main design methods of beam-column joints are rigid joints,semi-rigid joints and articulated joints. Combined with the actual construction needs, the hybrid construction method combining bolt connection method and welding method embodies the humanized characteristics of construction work. The key points of quality control for steel structure construction of high-rise buildings are put forward. The materials with strong corrosion resistance should be selected during construction,and the environmental protection and civilized construction should be paid attention to. It needs to cultivate innovative consciousness of technicians,improve their innovative working ability,and then promote the development of construction.
