摘要
埋地循环水管道回水温度较高时,为提高管道的安全性,需要进行应力分析。文中介绍了埋地管道土壤模拟的Peng理论,以及用CAESARⅡ软件建立埋地管道模型的方法,并利用CAESARⅡ软件对某工程的埋地循环水管道进行了应力分析,计算结果显示,该工程埋地循环水管道一次应力、二次应力均满足规范要求。对利用CAESARⅡ软件开展埋地循环水管道应力分析具有借鉴作用。
        In order to improve the safety of the pipelines,the stress analysis was needed when the temperature of the return water of the buried circulating water pipelines was high. This paper introduced the Peng theory of soil simulation of buried pipelines and the method of CAESARⅡ software to establish buried pipelines model,and uses CAESARⅡ software to analyze the stress of buried circulating water pipeline of a project. The results show that the stress and secondary stress of the buried circulating water pipeline meet the requirements. This paper has preference function on the use of CAESARⅡ software to carry out buried circulating water pipeline stress analysis.
