摘要
目的:研究小叶地不容块根的化学成分。方法:应用多种柱色谱技术进行分离纯化,通过波谱数据和理化性质鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从小叶地不容块根中分离鉴定了11个化合物,分别为:去氢克班宁(1)、左旋四氢巴马汀(2)、克班宁(3)、(-)-sukhodianine-β-N-oxide(4)、promucosine(5)、(-)-sukhodianine(6)、4-hydroxycrebanine(7)、N-methylasimilobine-2-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(8)、巴马汀(9)、(+)-stepharine(10)、(-)-asimilobine(11)。结论:其中,化合物5为首次从千金藤属植物中分离得到,化合物5、7、8和10为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents from the tuberous roots of Stephania succifera. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by various chromatographic methods,and their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods and physicochemical properties. Results: Eleven alkaloids were isolated and identified as dehydrocrebanine( 1),L-tetrahydropalmatine( 2),crebanine( 3),(-)-sukhodianine-β-N-oxide( 4),promucosine( 5),(-)-sukhodianine( 6),4-hydroxycrebanine( 7),N-methylasimilobine-2-O-β-D-glucopyranoside( 8),palmatine( 9),( +)-stepharine( 10) and(-)-asimilobine( 11). Conclusion: Compound 5 is isolated from Stephania genus for the first time,and compounds 5,7,8 and 10 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
