摘要
为了满足小行星探测中离子电推进多工作点调节的需求,将离子电推进电源处理单元(PPU)屏栅电源的拓扑结构作为研究对象,介绍了国内外屏栅电源的现状与应用场合,分析了各个屏栅电源拓扑结构的特点,最后得出了LLC拓扑可以满足任务要求。通过对LLC拓扑的工作特性分析,提出了一种简化的时域增益曲线模型,以适应宽范围输入的要求。结合目前对于LLC拓扑的研究,提出数字化控制方式、三电平谐振变换器和混合控制3方面的技术展望,可为今后研制高效率、轻质量的离子电推进PPU屏栅电源提供技术参考。
        In order to meet the needs of ion thruster in multi-operating point adjustment in asteroid exploration,the topological structure of beam supply in ion-thruster Power Processing Unit(PPU)is taken as the research object.The article introduces the status trend and application and analyzes the characteristics of each beam supply topology.Finally,it has come up with LLC topology to meet the mission requirements.By analyzing the working characteristics of the LLC topology and meeting the wide-range input requirements,a simplified time-domain gain curve model is proposed.Combined with the current research on topology,the technical prospects of digital control mode,three level resonant converter and hybrid control are made in three aspects,which provides technical references for the development of high efficiency and light weight ion thruster PPU beam supply in the future.
