摘要
在碱性条件下,L-半胱氨酸对鲁米诺-过氧化氢反应所产生的化学发光有明显的增强作用.对L-半胱氨酸影响该反应体系化学发光强度的影响因素(鲁米诺、过氧化氢、pH值、泵速)进行实验研究,建立一种流动注射-化学发光增强法测定L-半胱氨酸的新方法.研究表明,在最佳实验条件下,该方法测定L-半胱氨酸的线性范围为2.0×10~(-6)~1.0×10~(-5) g/mL(r=0.997 5),检出限为3.5×10~(-7) g/mL,对6.0×10~(-6) g/mL的L-半胱氨酸进行11次平行测定,RSD为3.6%.
        In alkaline medium, L-Cysteine has a significant enhancement effect on the chemiluminescence produced by the reaction of luminol and hydrogen peroxide. The influence factors of L-Cysteine on the chemiluminescence intensity of the reaction system(Luminol, hydrogen peroxide, pH, pump speed) were studied in detail. The analytical approach based on the system was established under the optimum experimental conditions. The CL intensity was linear with L-Cysteine concentration in the range of 2.0×10~(-6)~1.0×10~(-5) g/mL(r=0.997 5), and the detection limit was 3.5×10~(-7) g/mL. The relative standard deviation of 11 determinations was 3.6% for 6.0×10~(-6) g/mL L-Cysteine.
