摘要
基于气相-质谱联用技术结合保留指数对小金胶囊中挥发性成分进行定性定量研究,为小金胶囊的化学成分研究和质量控制提供色谱技术支持。采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取小金胶囊中挥发性成分,经GC-MS采集数据,通过NIST色谱库检索并结合保留指数进行鉴定。结果表明:中药复方小金胶囊挥发油共鉴定出85种挥发性成分,占总含量的87.24%,单萜类和倍半萜类化合物为主要成分。其中含量较高的挥发性成分为α-蒎烯、柠檬烯、β-石竹烯、莰烯、L-β-蒎烯和龙脑。该研究为中药复方小金胶囊的挥发性成分研究提供了数据参考,可为小金胶囊的质量控制及进一步的临床研究提供了依据。
        This study conducted qualitative and quantitative analysis of volatile compounds from traditional Chinese formula Xiaojin Capsule by the method of combination of GC-MS and retention index, thus to provide chromatographic technology support for the chemical analysis and quality control of Xiaojin capsule. The volatile components in Xiaojin Capsule were extracted by steam distillation method, and the GC-MS data were acquired. Then,those volatile compounds were identified based on the NIST database and retention index. As a result, a total of 85 volatile components was identified in the essential oil of Xiaojin Capsule, accounting for 87.236% of the total content, mainly including monoterpenes and sesquiterpenes. And the volatile components with higher content are α-pinene, limonene, β-caryophyllene, terpene, L-β-pinene and borneol. This study provides a data reference for the study of volatile constituents of traditional Chinese medicine formula Xiaojin Capsule, which can provide a basis for quality control and further clinical research of Xiaojin Capsule.
