摘要
针对自动化生产线中工件货盘中二维码的检测与识别,提出一种基于机器视觉的二维码识别方法。分析条码识别技术和条码编码原理,并对二维码检测在自动化生产线中的应用进行研究,结果表明,二维码检测对于生产管理与监控,对产品进行溯源追踪具有重要作用。
Aiming at the detection and identification of two-dimensional code in the workpiece pallet in the automated production line, a two-dimensional code recognition method based on machine vision is proposed. The bar code recognition technology and bar code coding principle are analyzed, and the application of QR code detection in automated production line is studied. The results show that QR code detection plays an important role in production management and monitoring, and traceability tracking of products.
