两种不同取模方法制作Cerec高嵌体的对比研究

摘要
目的本实验主要研究和探讨对于制作Cerec CAD/CAM高嵌体时,直接法和间接法两种不同方法采集光学印模的过程中临床效果的对比。方法本实验共选取64名患者,用两种不同方法采集光学印模并且制作64个高嵌体,分别对技工扫描操作时间、医生临床调时间和边缘适合性能、外形、表面质地、颜色匹配的各项临床指标,用统计学方法比较两组的差异。结果两组高嵌体在技工扫描操作时间中,直接组大于间接组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在医生临床调时间的比较,间接组大于直接组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而在边缘适合性能、外形、表面质地、颜色匹配等方面,两组实验数据统计结果P>0.05,说明两组方法制作的修复体在临床效果上无统计学意义的差异。结论直接法和间接法采集光学数据制作的Cerec CAD/CAM高嵌体均能符合临床要求,医生可以根据实际情况,选择合适的方法采集光学印模制作修复体。
        Objective This exPeriment mainly studied and discussed the clinical effect of two different methods:direct method and indirect method to collect oPtical imPression during the Process of making Cerec CAD/CAM onlay.Methods Sixty-four Patients were selected in this exPeriment,using two different methods to collect oPtical imPression and 64 onlays,resPectively for the mechanic scan oPeration time,doctors clinical tooth edges and time for Performance,aPPearance,surface texture,color matching the clinical indicators,comParing the difference between the two grouPs with statistical method.Results In the time of scanning oPeration of the two grouPs,the direct grouP was larger than the indirect grouP,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the comParison of the time of clinical adjustment,the indirect grouP was larger than the direct grouP,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).And on the surface edge is suitable for Performance,aPPearance,texture,color matching,etc,two grouPs of exPeriment data statistics results(P>0.05,illustrate the two grouPs Produced the restoration of no statistically significant difference in clinical effect.Conclusions The direct and indirect method of collecting oPtical data for Cerec CAD/CAM onlays can meet the clinical requirements,and the doctor can select the aPProPriate method to collect the oPtical imPression to make the Prosthesis according to the actual situation.
