微波消解-原子吸收光谱法测定食品中的镉含量

摘要
微波消解技术在食品检测行业逐渐被普及,国标中也陆续增加了微波消解法,但GB 5009.15—2014《食品中镉的测定》中未明确微波消解程序的参考条件,给检测人员带来了不便。本文以植物样品为例,通过试验考察优化了微波消解程序参数,用nov AA400P原子吸收光谱仪测定其中镉的含量。结果显示:该方法具有较高的准确度和精密度。优化后的微波消解参考条件可实现检测样品批量处理,检测过程简单化,降低了检测人员因经验不足对检测结果的影响。
        Microwave technology in food detection industry is becoming more and more popular, which is also added into national standard. But in Determination of Cadmium in Food(GB 5009.15—2014), there is not clear reference conditions of microwave digestion procedure for detecting. In this paper, taking plant-derived samples as examples, microwave digestion procedure parameters were optimized by experiment; and content of cadmium was determined by nov AA400 P atomic absorption spectrometer. The results showed that the method had higher accuracy and precision degree. After the reference conditions of the microwave digestion are optimized, batch processing of the test samples can be realized, and the detection process is simplified, which reduces the impact of the lack of experience on the test results.
