摘要
超高强度钢45CrNiMoVA是一种难加工材料,普遍用于车辆制造、航空航天和武器装备等领域,使用过程中常承受大应力应变、大载荷和冲击振动等环境应力,对超高强度钢表面完整性开展研究具有重要意义。基于支持向量机预测方法,建立了表面完整性预测模型,并通过试验方法对预测模型进行了验证,结果表明,建立的预测模型能实现对超高强度钢45CrNiMoVA表面粗糙度和轴向残余应力的有效预测。
        Ultra high strength steel 45CrNiMoVA is a difficult to machine material.It has been widely used in vehicle manufacturing,aerospace,weaponry and other fields.It was often subjected to environmental stresses such as large stress and strain,large load,shock vibration and so on during usage,research on surface integrity was great significant.Based on the support vector machine prediction method,the surface integrity prediction model was established and the prediction model was verified by the experimental method.The results showed that the established prediction model can effectively achieve the effective prediction of surface roughness and residual stress of ultra-high strength steel 45CrNiMoVA.
