神经根脉冲射频对带状疱疹后神经痛的干预效果观察

摘要
目的:探讨神经根脉冲射频对带状疱疹后神经痛的干预效果。方法:选择2015年8月至2016年8月之间在我院进行治疗的带状疱疹后神经痛病人74例,按照随机数字的方法分为对照组和治疗组,每组37例,对照组使用常规药物治疗方法,观察组在对照组病人治疗方案基础上使用神经根脉冲射频进行治疗,对治疗的效果进行分析和评价。结果:完成治疗后,对照组与观察组病人的疼痛情况,睡眠质量,情绪情况与每晚睡眠时间与治疗前相比,均有改善,观察组病人的改善程度高于对照组病人,数据差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05),观察组的治疗效果显著优于对照组,数据差异具有统计学意义(z=3.685, P <0.05),在治疗过程中,两组病人的各类不良反应发生率的数据差异均不具有统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:使用神经根脉冲射频对带状疱疹后神经痛病人进行干预,可以显著减轻病人疼痛,改善病人睡眠质量,提高治疗效果,而不良反应发生率并未增加,是值得推广的一种治疗方法。
Objective: To investigate the effects of pulsed radiofrequency on nerve root for patients with postherpetic neuralgia. Methods: Seventy-four patients with postherpetic neuralgia treated in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2016 were selected. They were divided into two groups, the control group and the treatment group(n = 37), according to the random number method. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional medicine, while patients in the observation group were treated with nerve root pulsed radiofrequency on the basis of the treatment plan of the control group. The effect of treatment was analyzed. Results: After completion of treatment, the pain, sleep quality, emotional condition and nightly sleep time of the control group and the observation group were improved compared with before treatment. The improvement of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the data were statistically signi?cant(P < 0.05). The therapeutic effect of the observation group was signi?cantly better than that of the control group, and the data were statistically signi?cant(z = 3.685, P <0.05). In the course of treatment, the data of the incidence of various adverse reactions in the two groups of patients were not statistically signi?cant(P > 0.05). Conclusion: The application of nerve root pulsed radiofrequency in patients with postherpetic neuralgia, can signi?cantly improve the degree of pain and sleep quality in patients, improve the effect of treatment, and did not increase the probability of adverse reactions. Pulsed radiofrequency on nerve root is worthy of promotion.
