软土地层中地道下穿工法适用性分析

摘要
随着城市路网建设的不断推进,区域道路受已建快速路阻隔影响日益严重。为了满足区域日益增长的交通需求,完善区域路网,同时保证已建道路现状交通正常通行,采用暗挖法修建地下通道是解决该问题的有效途径。暗挖法施工的工法有多种,但不同暗挖工法的适用性差异较大,尤其在软土地层中暗挖工法的施工难度最大。现以上海闵行某下穿S20外环高速的地道工程为背景,分别从地层适用性、线位选择及空间利用率、施工可行性、工期及造价等方面,对盾构法、矩形顶管法及管幕箱涵法进行分析对比,选择最优化的工法方案,为类似工程提供一定参考。
        With the continuous progress of urban road network construction, the regional roads are increasingly affected by the obstruction of existing expressways. In order to meet the growing traffic demand in the region, to perfect the regional road network and also to ensure the normal traffic flow of the existing roads, the underground passage is an effective way to solve this problem by the underground excavation method. There are many construction methods of underground excavation method, but the applicability of different underground excavation methods is different, especially in soft soil stratum, the construction difficulty of underground excavation method is the maximum. Based on the background of a subway project under the S20 Outer Ring Expressway in Minhang of Shanghai, this paper analyzes and compares the shield method, rectangular pipe-jacking method and pipe curtain box culvert method from the aspects of stratum suitability, line location selection and space utilization, construction feasibility, construction period and cost respectively. The optimal construction method scheme is selected to provide a certain reference for the similar projects.
