摘要
创新组织内持续知识共享可以从根本上提高创新组织的创新速度。在重点分析微观企业创新组织内知识共享特征的基础之上,采用复制动态的演化博弈来研究创新组织内知识共享行为的演化轨迹;研究发现:只有当共享主体双方协同收益均大于共享成本时,才有可能演化为双方均知识共享或均知识不共享的两种演化稳定策略,至于最终演化状态为均共享还是均不共享,又受到各模型参数变化的影响,降低共享成本、提高知识型员工的知识共享能力、共享知识量和人际关系损失成本概率、并建立一定的激励机制对于促进创新组织内知识共享行为的发生效果显著。
        Continual knowledge sharing can fundamentally improve the innovative speed of the innovative organization. Under the analysis of behavioral characteristics of knowledge sharing in innovative organization,we use replicator dynamics of evolutionary game theory to study the development trajectory of knowledge sharing behavior among knowledge staff in innovative organization. Only the value-added revenue is greater than sharing costs,and it may evolve into two kinds of evolutionarily stable strategy( ESS),which are the willing of knowledge sharing and the unwilling of knowledge sharing. As for which kind of ESS,it is affected by the change of model parameters. It can promote the effective knowledge sharing among knowledge staff in innovative organization through reducing the sharing cost,improving the knowledge sharing ability and knowledge sharing amount of knowledge staff,the probability of the interpersonal relationship loss cost,and establishing an incentive mechanism.
