摘要
依据2009—2015年统计数据,从社会、经济和人口方面构建生态环境与城市化指标体系,运用熵值法计算各评价指标的权重,借助综合法对宿州市生态环境综合质量与城市化发展水平进行评价,并通过协调度模型分析了宿州市生态环境质量与城市化水平的耦合协调程度。结果显示:宿州市生态环境质量发展水平和城市化水平不断上升,在2013年后有所下降;协调度表明生态环境随城市化发展由严重不协调逐渐发展为协调发展。2009年为严重不协调,2010—2012年为基本不协调,2013—2014年为协调型,2015年为基本协调型。
        Based on the statistical data of Suzhou City from 2009 to 2015,the authors built an index system of society,economy and population for eco-environment and urbanization development of the city. The weight of the indexes was calculated with entropy method. The overall quality of eco-environment and urbanization level were evaluated with the comprehensive method. The coordination degree between the eco-environment and urbanization was analyzed with the coordination degree model. The results showed that the eco-environment quality and urbanization of Suzhou City increased gradually before 2013. The eco-environment developed severely inharmoniously with urbanization process in 2009,basically inharmoniously from 2010 to 2012,harmoniously from 2013 to 2014 and fundamentally harmoniously in 2015.
