过伟峰从“内外合邪”论治慢性紧张型头痛撷菁

摘要
文章介绍过伟峰教授从"内外合邪"论治慢性紧张型头痛经验。根据"风木之气,同类相召"理论,结合本病临床特征、头痛性质、诱发因素等,分析其病机认为总关乎风,以内外合邪为病机特征,肝风上扰是内在病理基础,风湿困遏是外在诱发因素。采用内外合治复法,平肝息风治其本,祛风除湿、解表散邪治其标,并举验案1则。
Introduce experiences of professor GUO Wei-feng about treating chronic tension headache from the theory of 'combined internal and external pathogen'. According to theory of 'qi of wind and wood mutual attraction due to the similar nature', combined with the clinical features, the nature of headaches, predisposing factors, the article analyzes the pathogenesis and thinks that it's always about the wind. Taking combined internal and external pathogen as pathogenesis characteristic, liver wind invading upward is intrinsic pathological basis and wind-damp retaining is external predisposing factor. It takes a case about professor GUO Wei-feng treats chronic tension headache by combining internal and external treatment method to treat symptomatic by calming the liver to stop the wind and to treat radical by dispelling wind and eliminating dampness and relieving superficies to dispel pathogen.
