摘要
高密度聚乙烯是三大聚烯烃材料之一,其物理、机械性能优越,常被用于塑料燃气管、建筑用管等管材的原材料。随着我国催化剂技术的不断发展,高密度聚乙烯材料的制备工艺不断地完善,聚乙烯材料所占的市场份额也越来越大。目前主流的制备工艺为淤浆法工艺,其反应过程容易控制,生产出来的产品性能优良。本文主要阐述了高密度聚乙烯的主流制备工艺和其应用。
        High density polyethylene is one of the three major polyolefin materials. It has excellent physical and mechanical properties, and is often used as raw materials for plastic gas pipes and construction pipes. With the continuous development of catalyst technology in our country, the preparation process of high density polyethylene materials is constantly improved, and the market share of polyethylene materials is also growing. At present, the main preparation process is slurry process. The reaction process is easy to control and the products have excellent performance. In this paper, the main preparation process of high density polyethylene and its application are described.
