摘要
针对双组元统一推进系统的气路建立了零维非线性数学模型,对气路系统从启动到额定工况直至关机阶段的工作全过程进行了数值仿真,仿真结果与试验数据一致,验证了模型的正确性.在此基础上,探讨了减压阀和单向阀的结构参数对于气路系统动态特性的影响规律,研究表明:单向阀的流量特性和开启特性使其充当了缓冲阀的作用,提高了气路系统的稳定性;同时减小反馈孔直径、增大阀芯阻尼可以提高减压阀的稳定性.
A zero-dimension non-linear mathematical model for gas section of bipropellant propulsion system is developed in this paper. The dynamic response characteristics including start-up,steady operating and close for gas system is simulated. The simulation results are in good agreement with the test data and the mathematical model is validated. Based on the simulation model,the different parameters of pressure reducing valve( PRV) and check valve( CV) that influence the gas system performance are analyzed.The results show that the flow character and open process of CV can improve the stability of gas system;meanwhile the stability of PRV can be improved via decreasing the diameter of feedback orifice and increasing the damping of valve active module.
