摘要
本文探讨了Journal Club这种文献讨论方式对进入临床学习阶段八年制医学生科研素养和创新能力的培养效果。对Journal Club的起源、选题、进行方式、注意环节进行了总结;对老师在采用Journal Club这种讨论方式进行八年制医学生科研素质和创新能力培养中的地位进行了讨论。Journal Club可能是当前教学模式中弥补八年制医学生科研能力培养不足的合适方式,可以在医学生,特别是八年制医学生的培养中推广采用。
The effect of Journal Club discussion on the scientific literacy and innovation ability of eight year medical students who enter the clinical learning stage was explored in present study. The origin, topic selection, practice of Journal Club was discussed in this paper. The role of teachers in the practice of Journal Club includes the topic fixation, the time control and the comments of the discussion and so on. Journal Club may be a suitable way to make up for the lack of training for the eight year medical students 'scientific research ability in the current teaching style, and can be used in the training of medical students, especially the eight-year program medical students.
