小婴儿巨细胞病毒(CMV)感染的临床特点及诊治

摘要
目的:探讨小婴儿巨细胞病毒(CMV)感染的临床特点及治疗效果。方法:选取2015年3月至2017年5月本院收治的20例CMV感染婴儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析,随机分为两组,治疗组10例,对照组10例,分析两组的治疗效果。结果:在20例患儿中先天性感染的患儿有6例,围生期感染的患儿有10例,出生后感染的患儿有4例,通过检查发现,通过有效治疗手段,其总有效率达到90.00%,而通过辅助治疗后得到的有效率为70.00%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为了预防新生儿感染CMV病毒,为早期治疗做准备,需要对新生儿进行HCMV感染筛查,儿科医生需要加强专业素质和能力,为了防止或减少感染者的死亡率,需要对本病熟知,并进行早期的发现、诊断和治疗。
Objective:To investigate the clinical features and therapeutic effect of CMV infection in small infants.Methods:the clinical data of 20 cases of CMV infective infants admitted by our hospital from March 2015 to May 2017 were analyzed retrospectively,with two groups randomly divided into two groups,10 cases in the treatment group and 10 in the observation group.To analyze its therapeutic effect.Results:in 20 cases of congenital infection in children with children in 6 cases,10 cases of infection in the perinatal period,after the birth of children in 4 cases of infection,through the inspection found that through effective treatment,the total effective rate reached 90.00%,and through the effective rate of 70.00% of adjuvant therapy after,the differences between the two groups have statistical significance(P <0.05).Conclusion:In order to prevent the newborn CMV infection virus,in preparation for the early treatment,the need for neonatal screening for HCMV infection,pediatricians need to strengthen the professional quality and ability,in order to prevent or reduce mortality among patients,need to disease,and early discovery,diagnosis and treatment.
