摘要
为在2018年乙烯装置停、开工及检修过程中实现"密闭无异味停工排放、绿色检修、安全环保一次性开车成功"的目标,镇海炼化烯烃部在充分吸收各乙烯企业停、开工过程中的经验、教训的基础上,形成了镇海乙烯裂解装置独有的停、开工方案和回收流程。通过优化停、开工方案,合理配置停工倒空线,停、开工全过程密闭排放,实现现场绿色环保、无异味、无扰民。停工采用碳二返回、天然气循环回收系统物料,实现物料最大限度地回收,确保高架火炬零排放。开工采用深度倒开车以及天然气、碳二大循环,实现物料循环利用,超低负荷下实现乙烯产品合格。其中许多操作方法属于首次应用,对同类装置具有一定的借鉴意义。
        In order to achieve the goal of enclosed/odor-free emission in shutdown, green maintenance, safe/environmental protection, and successful startup at first try during the ethylene plant turnaround in 2018, ZRCC Olefin Department has formed its unique turnaround plan and recovery process on the basis of fully absorbing the experience and lessons from the turnarounds in peer ethylene companies. By optimizing the shutdown/startup plan, the shutdown/emptying schedule and the enclosed discharge during the turnaround, we have realized a green turnaround with no odor and no environmental disturbance. When the plant was shut down, C2 was sent back and natural gas was recycled to recover more streams and ensure zero emissions to the flare. When the plant was started up, backward startup and C2/natural gas circulation were adopted to recycle streams and produce qualified ethylene products under ultra-low load. Many of the measures were used for the first time in this ethylene turnaround, which could offer reference for other ethylene plants.
