摘要
以VC为对照,研究鸡腿菇多糖的体外、体内抗氧化活性。结果表明:鸡腿菇多糖对·OH和NO·自由基有较好的清除效果,并且经去蛋白处理的DPPS的清除能力强于未经去蛋白处理的粗多糖CPS,当质量浓度为8mg/mL时,二者对·OH自由基的清除率分别达到62.1%和44%,对NO·的清除率分别达到70.1%和63.1%;另外,该多糖对DPPH的清除率也很高,清除率分别达到62.55%和48.4%;鸡腿菇多糖对O2-·虽也具有一定的清除能力,但效果不明显,当质量浓度为8 mg/mL时,二者的清除率分别为21.2%和29.2%。小鼠实验表明,饲养30 d后,相比于模型组,DPPS组小鼠的心、肝、肾、血中GSH-Px、SOD、CAT及T-AOC的活性显著升高,而MDA含量显著降低,体现出较好的抗氧化作用。
        The antioxidant activity in vitro and vivo of polysaccharide from Coprinus comatus were tested and compared with those of VC. The results showed that the polysaccharides from Coprinus comatus had good scavenging effect on ·OH and NO·, moreover, the scavenging rate of DPPS(deproteinated) were higher than CPS(non-deproteinated,crude). The ·OH and NO· radical scavenging rate could reach 62.1%, 70.1% for DPPS and 44% and 63.1% for CPS respectively when the concentration of polysaccharide was 8 mg/mL. The good scavenging effect of DPPS and CPS on·DPPH was also proved with 62.55% and 48.4% respectively. Also, the polysaccharide from Coprinus comatus had a certain scavenging effect on O2-·. Compared with model group, the GSH-Px, SOD, CAT and T-AOC activities of DPPS treatment group were significantly raised, and the MDA content was remarkably reduced. All of this conceived the good antioxidant activity of polysaccharide from Coprinus comatus.
