摘要
文章阐述CAN总线中继器在生产方面的主要应用,针对CAN总线在生产现场环境使用特殊性,基于提高矿用CAN总线通信系统子网能力考虑,采用以Cortex-M3为核心的STM32芯片,设计一款单芯片CAN总线隔离中继器,内含TJA1050信号收发器和6N137光电隔离器,保证可靠性、运行速度和抗干扰能力,将其用于印染企业,对生产进行运行状态监测和网络化管理。现场试验结果表明:该设计结构简单,抗干扰能力强,稳定性能好。
This paperdescribes the main application of CAN bus repeater in production,for theenvironmental particularity of CAN bus in the production site,based on the consideration of improving the capacity of the CAN bus communication system subnet,we used a Cortex-M3 as the core of the STM32 chip to design a single-chip CAN bus isolation repeater with TJA1050 signal transceiver and 6 N137 opto-isolator to ensure reliability,speed and anti-jamming capability.This system can be used for printing and dyeing enterprises to run the production status monitoring and network management. The test results show that: the design structure is simple and accurate,anti-interference ability,good stability.
