波斯菊浸提液对3种园林植物种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

摘要
以矢车菊、硫磺菊、鸡冠花3种常见的园林草本花卉为材料,研究不同浓度的波斯菊浸提液(对照,0.5,2.5 g·mL~(-1))对3种植物种子萌发和幼苗生长状况的影响。结果表明,当波斯菊浸提液浓度上升时,矢车菊和硫磺菊种子的发芽率、发芽指数逐渐下降,2.5 g·mL~(-1)浸提液处理组显著低于对照组,抑制作用明显;而低浓度的波斯菊浸提液对鸡冠花种子的发芽率又具有显著的促进作用,说明不同受体植物对波斯菊浸提液的反应不同。不同浓度的波斯菊浸提液对3种园林植物幼苗生长影响表现不同,其中,2个处理组对硫磺菊幼苗苗高和根长生长与对照组间没有显著变化,低浓度的浸提液对矢车菊和鸡冠花幼苗生长有明显的促进作用,随着浸提液浓度的升高该促进作用减弱。
        In this study, three types of the common garden herbs, including Centaurea cyanus, Cosmos sulphureus and Celosia cristata,were used as the materials. The effects of the aqueous extract of Cosmos bipinnata with different concentrations(CK, 0.5, 2.5 g·mL~(-1))on the seed germination and seedling growth of three types of the garden plants was explored. The results showed that with the increasing of the concentration of aqueous extract from Cosmos bipinnata,seed germination rate,seed germination index of Centaurea cyanus and Cosmos sulphureus decreased gradually, and both the indices under 2.5 g·mL~(-1) aqueous extract were significant lower than CK, indicating that the aqueous extract had obvious inhibitory effect. However, the low concentration of aqueous extract from Cosmos bipinnata on the seed germination rate of Celosia cristata had significant promoting effect, illustrating that Cosmos bipinnata aqueous extract on the different receptor plants reacted differently. The seedling growth influences of three types of garden plants on the different concentrations aqueous extract were different. Two treatments and CK on the seedling height, seedling taproot length of Cosmos sulphureus had no significant changes. The aqueous extract of the low concentration had obvious promoting effect on the seedling growth of Centaurea cyanus and Celosia cristata, but the effect was weakened with the increasing concentration of the aqueous extract.
