摘要
通过对凸轮从动件运动规律的分析,在EXCEL中利用Akima插值法生成平面凸轮轮廓位移数据点。在SolidWorks中通过调用EXCEL处理的平面凸轮轮廓数据点生成具有封闭连续轮廓曲线的凸轮,再利用SolidWorks中的COSMOS/Motion插件进行凸轮运动仿真,生成相应的位移曲线图,与在EXCEL中生成凸轮轮廓位移图进行对比,从而为凸轮轮廓设计及运动学分析提供借鉴。
Based on the analysis of the motion law of cam follower, the Akima interpolation method is used to generate the data points of plane cam contour displacement in EXCEL. In Solid Works, the contour points of planar cam treated by EXCEL is called to generate the cam with the continuous closed curve, then Solid Works in the COSMOS/Motion plug-in is used to simulate the cam motion and generate displacement corresponding curve.The contour displacement curvesof the cam generated in Solid Works and EXCEL are compared to provide reference for design and kinematics analysis of cam contour.
