摘要
运用三维软件Solidworks建立热模锻压力机顶料机构仿真模型,采用插件COSMOSmotion对其运动轨迹进行仿真分析。根据仿真的结果,对凸轮结构进行优化,从而得到合理的运动曲线,使顶料机构运动合理可靠。
The simulation model of topping mechanism for the hot die forging press has been established by use of the three-dimensional software Solidworks. The plug-in COSMOSmotion has been used to simulate the motion trajectory. According to the simulation results, the cam structure has been optimized to obtain the reasonable motion curve. Thus in this way, the movement of the topping mechanism is reasonable and reliable.
