摘要
针对沿海某核电厂CPR1000型核电机组循环水泵在安装、调试及运行初期发现的紧固件腐蚀问题,从循环水泵构造原理、部件运行环境及特点、腐蚀原理等方面进行分析,找出了紧固件腐蚀的根本原因。通过采用耐海水腐蚀性能好的双相不锈钢材质螺栓、垫片及涂抹密封胶措施,有效地解决了紧固件腐蚀问题,确保了电厂重大设备的运行可靠性。
Aiming at the fastener corrosion problem found in the installation, debugging and early operation of the circular pump of CPR1 000 type nuclear generator unit in a coastal power plant, the fundamental reason of the fastener corrosion is found by analyzing from aspect of the structure principle of circular pump, the operating environment and characteristics of components and corrosion principle and so on. By adoption of measures including duplex stainless steel bolt which has excellent seawater corrosion resistance performance, gasket and smearing sealant, the fastener corrosion problem has been effectively solved which guarantees the reliable operation of key equipment in power plant.
