摘要
基于湖南电网鸟类活动情况和2006—2016年湖南架空输电线路鸟害故障情况,对湖南电网架空输电线路进行涉鸟故障风险分析,发现鸟粪类故障风险等级较高区域主要集中在湘北、湘中偏东和湘西,鸟粪类Ⅲ级风险区域面积约占湖南电网总面积的5.03%,Ⅱ级风险区域约占15.24%,Ⅰ级风险区域约占79.73%。鸟巢类故障风险等级较高区域主要集中在湘北和湘东,鸟巢类Ⅲ级风险区域面积约占湖南电网总面积的5.23%,Ⅱ级风险区域约占16.12%,Ⅰ级风险区域约占78.65%。绘制了湖南电网涉鸟故障风险分布图,并提出了该分布图的应用建议。
        Base on the observed bird behavior in Hunan and the fault characteristics of bird-related failure in Hunan Power Grid from 2006 to 2016,the bird-related failure risk for overhead transmission lines in Hunan Power Grid is analyzed.The results showed that the high level of risk regain for bird excrement outage are major concentration in northern Hunan,central Hunan and western Hunan,the area of Ⅲ level of bird excrement outage risk regain is about 5.03% to total area of Hunan Power Grid,and to the Ⅱ and Ⅰ level of bird excrement outage risk regain,the percentage is 15.24% and 79.73% respectively. The high level of risk regain for nesting outage are major concentration in northern Hunan and eastern Hunan,the area of Ⅲ level of nesting outage risk regain is about 5.23% to total area of Hunan Power Grid,and to the Ⅱ and Ⅰ level of nesting outage risk regain,the percentage is 16.12% and 78.65% respectively. The bird-related outage risk of overhead transmission lines in Hunan Power Grid for distribution map is drawn,and the application suggestions of the risk distribution map are also proposed in the paper.
