摘要
针对传统桥式起重机小车架上零部件布置不合理导致的自重大、轮压偏差大的问题,提出了对零部件合理布置和加工制作工艺的改进方案。相比传统工艺,新的小车零部件布置紧凑、轮压分配合理,提高了制作精度,有效地解决了小车偏轨、啃轨问题。工程实例表明,新的小车架外形美观,结构紧凑,重量轻,对小车架的绿色制造和轻量化研究具有推广价值。
Aiming at the problem of self-importance and large deviation of wheel pressure caused by unreasonable arrangement of components on the small frame of traditional bridge crane, the improvement scheme of reasonable arrangement and processing technology of parts and components is proposed. Compared with the traditional technology, the new car parts are compactly arranged, the wheel pressure distribution is reasonable, the production precision is improved, and the problem of derailing and railing of the car is effectively solved. Engineering examples show, The new small frame has a beautiful appearance, compact structure and light weight, and has a promotion value for the green manufacturing and lightweight research of the small frame.
