摘要
目的探究健康人在睡眠期间心动周期特征的变化及其构成规律。方法对ISRUC数据库中健康受试者整夜睡眠心电数据进行处理,得到8个时域波形特征。首次提出敏感度系数和贡献率,并与相关系数一起作为心动周期变化构成的3项评价指标,分别从逐拍心动周期过程、不同睡眠分期之间以及整夜睡眠过程入手,依次探究PP间期与RR间期的关系、PP间期以及QT间期变化的构成情况。结果PP间期与RR间期相关系数大于0.9999,P<0.001,TP段对PP间期、QT间期对PP-TP部分、T波宽度对QT间期、ST段对QT-T波宽度部分的3项评价指标均非常高。结论 PP间期的变化主要来自于TP段,其余部分的变化主要来自于QT间期;QT间期的变化主要来源于T波宽度,其余部分的变化主要来自于ST段。
        Objective To explore the constitution of cardiac cycle changes during sleep in healthy people.Methods Eight time-domain waveform features were extracted by processing the overnight sleep ECG data of healthy subjects in the ISRUC website database.The sensitivity coefficient and contribution rate were proposed for the first time,and together with the correlation coefficient,they were selected as the evaluation indicators for the constitution of cardiac cycle changes.Starting from 3 time dimensions including the beat-by-beat cardiac cycle,different sleep stages and the overnight sleep,the relationship between PP interval and RR interval,the composition of PP interval and QT interval were explored respectively.Results The correlation coefficient between PP interval and RR interval was greater than 0.9999,P<0.001.All the 3 evaluation indicators for the TP segment vs PP interval,the QT interval vs PP-TP part,the T wave width vs QT interval,and the ST segment vs QT-T width part were very high.Conclusion PP interval change mainly comes from the TP segment,and the rest mainly comes from the QT interval;while QT interval change mainly comes from T wave width,and the rest mainly comes from the ST segment.
