摘要
建立了CSP辊底式均热炉内板坯加热过程的二维数学模型,并进行了数值求解,得出板坯在炉内加热过程的温度变化规律及在均热炉不同位置板坯断面的温度分布,从而了解板坯在炉过程的加热质量,为加热工艺的优化提供依据。
In the paper,a two-dimensional mathematical model of slab heating process in the CSP roller hearth furnace was derived and the numerical solution was sought to obtain the law of the slab temperature change and temperature distribution of its cross-section at different locations in the soaking pit,thus having agrasp of the heating quality during the heating and offering a basis of optimizing the slab heating technology in the roller hearth furnace.
