武钢CSP连铸尾坯轧制力波动原因分析与控制

摘要
武钢CSP生产线精轧区采用润滑轧制,其轧制工艺不同于一般热轧和冷轧,轧制力随板坯厚度和温度、喷油量等因素改变。连铸尾坯轧制时的轧制力波动使得板带质量控制和保持生产稳定性难度增大。分析造成轧制力波动的原因,采取针对性措施,将连铸切尾参数由2刀调整为5刀,并增加均热炉在炉时间5~10min,解决了该问题,对稳定CSP生产具有重要意义。
        Different from the hot rolling and cold rolling,the RGL of rolling process was frequently used by CSP of WISCO,and the rolling force was vary with thickness,temperature of slab and oil quantum.It was hard to control the strip quality and keep production stable because of the rolling force fluctuating during the tail-out.Many relevant measures,such as increasing the cut times from 2to 5and the keeping time of slab in tunnel furnace by 5~10min,were taken to completely resolve it after a analysis,which meaning a lot for CSP plant of WISCO.
