摘要
G20Cr2Ni4A钢主要用于大型轴承套圈料,套圈经表面渗碳处理,在套圈加工过程,发现缺陷。采用低倍酸浸、等离子发射光谱仪、金相显微镜、扫描电镜等,对套圈缺陷进行检验研究分析。结果表明,该套圈缺陷为气孔缺陷,产生在电渣锭大头端,由于电渣重熔过程结晶器未干燥或渣料潮湿引起。
G20Cr2Ni4A steel commonly used for ring parts especially large bearing ring. During the bearing ring process we can find the defects of surface carburized bearing ring. Acid pickling method of macro-structure, ICP Spectrometer, metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope are applied to test, study and analyze the defects of bearing ring. The test results show that the defect of the bearing ring is the porosity that appears in the electro-slag ingot head end, because the mold is not dry or the slag is wet in the electro-slag remelting process.
