摘要

目的:分析体外膈肌起搏对慢性阻塞性肺疾病的疗效观察及睡眠质量影响。方法:选取无锡市第五人民医院收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者60例随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,分别采取常规治疗、体外膈肌起搏治疗;比较2组六分钟步行距离(6MWD)、动脉血气分析及睡眠质量。结果:观察组治疗后6MWD、动脉血气分析、睡眠质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:体外膈肌起搏可提高慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者6MWD、动脉血气及睡眠质量,临床价值高。
        Objective: To analyze the effect of external diaphragm pacing on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(copd) and sleep quality. Methods: A total of 60 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to the fifth people's hospital of wuxi were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The 6-minute walking distance(6 MWD),arterial blood gas analysis and sleep quality were compared between the two groups. Results: The observation group was higher than the control group in terms of 6 MWD,arterial blood gas analysis and sleep quality,with statistically significant differences(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Extracorporeal diaphragmatic pacing can improve the quality of 6 MWD,arterial blood gas and sleep in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
