5776例健康体检者血尿酸水平及相关因素分析探讨

摘要
目的了解新疆奎屯地区健康人群血尿酸水平和高尿酸血症(HUA)患病率,以期为本地区人群高尿酸血症的防治提供依据。方法用尿酸酶-过氧化物酶法对2017年1月至2017年12月在我院进行健康体检的5 776名体检人员进行血尿酸水平检测及统计,并对HUA患病率进行分析。结果男性HUA患病率为17.57%;女性HUA患病率为9.24%,男性明显高于女性,P<0.05,有统计学意义。女性HUA的患病率与年龄有明显的相关性,P<0.05,且随着年龄增大呈患病率呈逐渐增高的趋势。60岁以上年龄组,女性与男性HUA患病率无明显差异,P>0.05,无统计学意义。结果新疆奎屯地区HUA患病率男性明显高于女性,女性HUA患病率随着年龄增大呈患病率呈逐渐增高的趋势。
Objective To understand the level of serum uric acid and the prevalence of hyperuricemia(HUA) in healthy people in kuitun area of Xinjiang, so as to provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of Hua in this area.Methods The serum uric acid level of 5776 physical examination personnel from January 2017 to December 2017 in Kuitun Hospital of Yili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture was detected and counted by Uricase-peroxidase method, and the prevalence rate of HUA was analyzed.Results The prevalence of HUA in males was 17.57 %. The prevalence of HUA was 9.24 % in women and significantly higher in men than in women(P<0.05).The prevalence of Hua in women is significantly related to their age(P<0.05), and gradually increases with age. There was no significant difference in the prevalence of HUA between women and men over 60 years of age(P>0.05).Results The prevalence of HUA in Xinjiang Kuitun area was significantly higher among men than among women, and the prevalence of HUA among women was gradually increasing with age.
