摘要
对材料作深冷处理可以提高综合性能,扩大应用范围,增加使用寿命,但目前尚无关于Fe基非晶合金涂层深冷处理的报道。采用等离子喷涂技术在N80碳素钢表面制备了Fe基非晶合金涂层,并进行了-196℃下不同时间的深冷处理。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、HXD-1000 TMC型显微硬度计、Image-Pro-plus软件、PGSTAT型Autolab电化学工作站、HT-600高温摩擦磨损试验机对Fe基非晶合金涂层深冷处理前后的显微组织、显微硬度、孔隙率、耐蚀性以及耐磨性进行了检测。结果表明:对等离子喷涂Fe基非晶态合金涂层作适时的深冷处理,可以降低其孔隙率,提高其硬度、耐磨性和耐腐蚀性。本技术可以用于更多的材料深冷处理。
Fe-based amorphous alloy coating was sprayed by plasma spraying to N80 substrate,and then treated by cryogenic treatment. The microstructure,microhardness,porosity,corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the coatings with and without cryogenic treatment were characterized by scanning electron microscope( SEM),X-ray diffractometer( XRD),microhardness tester,Image-Pro-plus software,electro-chemical workstation and friction and wear tester. Results showed that for the Fe-based amorphous alloy coating prepared by plasma spraying,a proper cryogenic treatment could reduce the porosity and improve the hardness,wear resistance and corrosion resistance,and the coatings could be used for more fields.
