摘要
建立了三次方CVC辊形曲线磨削系数的反求模型,比较分析了SMS公司设计的冷轧机中间辊CVC辊形曲线和新设计的辊形曲线下轧制差异,得到了优化中间辊CVC辊形曲线下轧制的优良板形质量。
The reverse model of CVC roll shape curve grinding coefficient has been established in the paper. Data of rolling which adopted the old and the latest CVC roller shape curve designed by SMS company in cold rolling intermediate roller had been compared, excellent shape quality under the optimization CVC roller shape curve in intermediate roller can be obtained.
