摘要
采用平板培养和微生物全自动菌落计数仪对1种市售水产养殖复合微生物菌剂进行菌群类别和数量检测,并对该复合微生物菌剂对于鲫鱼生长的促进作用进行了分析。结果表明,该种水产养殖复合微生物菌剂主要由放线菌、光合细菌、芽孢杆菌、乳酸菌、酵母菌、硝化细菌六大类菌群组成。该复合微生物制剂投喂鲫鱼,40 d后测定鲫鱼的生长指标及肠道淀粉酶和脂肪酶活力,结果显示,实验组比对照组体质量增长14.28%(P<0.01),体长增长10.3%(P<0.01),肝脏和肠道淀粉酶活力分别提高了290.32%,258.2%(P<0.01),肝脏和肠道脂肪酶活力分别提高了18.4%和28.3%(P<0.01)。说明该复合微生物菌剂能提高鲫鱼的消化能力,从而促进鲫鱼的生长能力。
The microbial community type and quantity of a commercial complex microbial community were determined by plate culture and microbe automatic colony counting instrument. The results showed that the complex microbial community was composed of six microbial communities: actinomycetes, photosynthetic bacteria, bacillus, lactobacillus, yeast, nitrifying bacteria and bacillus bacteria. The complex microbial community was fed to crucian carp 40 days, then the weight and length of crucian carp, as well as the enzymatic activity of intestinal amylase and lipase were measured. The results showed that, compared with the control group, the weight of experimental group increased 14.28%(P<0.01), body length increased 10.3%(P<0.01), liver and intestinal amylase activity respectively increased 290.32%, 258.2%(P<0.01), respectively, liver and intestinal lipase activity increased 18.4% and 18.4% respectively(P<0.01). The complex microbial community could improve the digestive ability of crucian carp and thus promote the growth ability of crucian carp.
