舒利迭气雾剂吸入联合孟鲁司特口服治疗支气管哮喘的疗效及对肺功能指标的影响

摘要
目的:观察舒利迭气雾剂吸入联合孟鲁司特治疗支气管哮喘的疗效及对肺功能指标的影响。方法:选取哮喘患者80例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各40例,对照组给予舒利迭气雾剂吸入治疗,观察组在对照组用药基础上加用孟鲁司特口服治疗,比较两组患者肺功能指标(FEV1、白天PEF、夜间PEF)、临床疗效、Cys-LTs、组胺及IL-8水平。结果:观察组FEV1指标明显低于对照组,而白天PEF和夜晚PEF指标明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的临床总有效率为92.50%,明显高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05);两组患者组胺和IL-8水平治疗前后基本相近(P>0.05),观察组Cys-LTs水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:舒利迭气雾剂吸入联合孟鲁司特口服治疗支气管哮喘可有效提高临床总有效率和改善患者肺功能指标,效果优于单纯舒利迭气雾剂吸入治疗。
Objective: To investigate effects of Seretide evohaler inhalation combined with Montelukast on bronchial asthma and its influences on pulmonary function indexes. Methods: 80 patients with asthma were selected and divided into control group(n=40) and observation group(n=40) according to the random number table method. The control group was given Seretide evohaler inhalation therapy, while the observation group was given Montelukast orally on the basis of that of the control group. The lung function indexes(FEV1, daytime PEF, night PEF), clinical effects, and the levels of Cys-LTs, histamine and IL-8 were compared between the two groups. Results: The FEV1 index of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, while the daytime PEF and night PEF indexes were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 92.50%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.00%)(P<0.05). The levels of histamine and IL-8 in the two groups were similar before and after the treatment(P>0.05), and the levels of CysLTs in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions: For the patients with bronchial asthma, Seretide evohaler inhalation combined with oral Montelukast is superior to single Seretide evohaler inhalation. Moreover, it can enhance the total clinical effective rate and improve the lung function indexes.
