摘要
目的:探讨在子宫内膜癌和子宫内膜非典型增生及正常子宫内膜组织中DANCR的表达及意义。方法:收集2016年手术切除的子宫内膜癌组织55例、正常子宫内膜标本30例以及子宫内膜非典型增生组织7例,运用实时PCR技术分别检测DANCR在不同子宫内膜病变组织中的表达情况,并分析其与临床病理参数以及预后的关系。结果:子宫内膜癌组织中DANCR的表达水平高于子宫内膜非典型增生及正常子宫内膜组织,3组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且在正常子宫内膜组织、子宫内膜非典型增生以及子宫内膜癌中呈逐渐上升趋势;DANCR在Ⅰ型子宫内膜癌中的表达高于Ⅱ型子宫内膜癌,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论:DANCR在子宫内膜癌中显著性高表达,可能与子宫内膜癌的发展有关;DANCR可能对子宫内膜癌病理分型有标志性的意义。
        Objective:To investigate the expression of DANCR in endometrial carcinoma and endometrial atypical hyperplasia and normal endometrial tissues.Methods:For 55 cases of endometrial carcinoma specimens and 30 cases of normal tissue and 7 cases of endometrial atypical hyperplasia after surgery were collected.The expression of DANCR was analyzed by quantitative Real-Time polymerase chain reaction,and its correlation with clinicopathological features and prognosis was analyzed.Results:The expression of DANCR was higher in endometrial carcinoma group compared with endometrial atypical hyperplasia group and normal endometrial group( P < 0.05).The expression in endometrial carcinoma group,endometrial atypical hyperplasia group and normal endometrial group had gradually increasing trend.The expression of DANCR in type Ⅰ of endometrial carcinoma was higher than type Ⅱ( P < 0.05).Conclusion:The expression of DANCR was higher in the endometrial carcinoma than in the endometrial atypical hyperplasia tissue and normal endometrial tissue,and may be related with the occurance and development of endometrial carcinoma.DANCR may be significant in the pathological classification of endometrial carcinoma.
