摘要
乙脑病毒抗原离子交换层析中,使用新型的凝胶填料Capto-DEAE替代DEAE-Sepharose纯化乙脑病毒抗原的研究。研究结果表明,使用离子交换凝胶填料Capto-DEAE层析不仅产品质量更好,而且生产效率也得到了提高。
Ion-exchange chromatography of encephalitis virus antigen, and a novel gel filler Capto-DEAE instead of DEAE-Sepharose to purify the antigen of the encephalitis virus(JE). The results show that the use of Capto-DEAE chromatography with ion alternating gel filler not only has better product quality, but also improves the production efficiency.
