头皮小汗腺汗孔癌1例报道并文献复习

<正>1临床资料患者,女,64岁,于2012年5月7日因"头皮肿物生长30余年,快速增大2年"首次就诊于我院烧伤整形科,患者于30年余前发现头顶一肿物突起,约"玉米粒"大小,无疼痛、瘙痒,未行诊治。随后肿物逐渐增大,无快速增大表现,局部无疼痛、瘙痒,无皮温高、破溃、流脓、渗液,无全身表现,近两年来肿物增大较快,入院时头顶肿物约5 cm×5 cm×3 cm大小,质硬,边界欠清,活动度差,压痛,皮肤红肿、破溃,稍挤压后流脓,局部毛发稀疏。排除手术禁忌后行皮肤病损切除术,沿肿物边缘1 cm处做圆形切
