摘要
以某矿山自动化系统建设为背景,根据现场环境以及工艺特点,选用AB公司的ControlLogix系统平台和施耐德公司的智能MCC柜搭建整个DCS系统。通过DeviceNet网络实现对软启、变频器等的集中控制以及状态监测。现场投运后,该系统具有运行稳定、扩展方便、故障率低等特点,达到了降低劳动强度、提高企业生产效率的目的。
        For the automation system construction of one mine, AB′ s Control Logix system platform and Schneider′ s intelligent MCC cabinet were selected to build the DCS according to the site environment and the process characteristics. Device Net network was adopted for centralized control and condition monitoring of soft starters, frequency converters, etc. Since it was put into operation, the system has presented its characteristics of stable operation, easy expansion, low failure rate, etc. and the purposes of reducing labor intensity and improving the productivity of the enterprise have been achieved.
