摘要
【目的/意义】数字经济时代形成了新的技术竞争格局,技术创新已经成为企业获取竞争优势的关键,研究技术竞争情报评价优选对企业战略规划、研发管理等方面有着重要意义。【方法/过程】本文将技术竞争情报评价指标体系分为价值、质量和效果三方面,并提出了前景理论和VIKOR法相结合的多属性评选方法。【结果/结论】前景理论和VIKOR法是一种有效的多属性评价方法,具有可靠性和稳定性以及防止逆序的产生的筛选优势,在情报、项目等方面具有广泛的应用前景,可以应用到其他领域。
        【Purpose/significance】The digital economy has formed a new pattern of competition, and technological innovation has become the key to competitive advantage. It is very important to research the technology of competitive intelligence optimization of enterprise strategic planning and development management etc.【Method/process】For the optimization of scientific and reliable information from the diversified technology in competitive intelligence, this paper through the frequency statistics, the establishment of three high frequency factor, and using principal component analysis method, the evaluation index system of competitive technical intelligence value, quality and effect is divided into three aspects, and puts forward the multi attribute selection method combining theory and Prospect VIKOR method.【Results/conclusion】The results show that the prospect theory and the VIKOR method is an effective method for multi attribute evaluation. It has wide application prospect in information as well as the advantages of high reliability, stability and prevent the reverse selection advantage, which can be applied to other areas.
