摘要
目的研究分析人类ARGONAUTE和DICER基因家族在结肠癌中的表达意义。方法通过实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(PCR)测定人类ARGONAUTE和DICER基因家族在结肠癌组织和癌旁组织中的表达。结果与癌旁组织比较,结肠癌组织中AGO2表达明显上调,其他AGO基因表达均明显下调,DICER家族表达均明显下调,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ARGONAUTE和DICER家族的异常表达表明其可能参与结肠癌的发生、发展。
        Objective To analyze the expression of human ARGONAUTE and DICER gene families in colon cancer.Methods The expression of the human ARGONAUTE and DICER gene family in colon cancer tissues and adjacent tissueswere determined by real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(PCR). Results The expression of AGO2 was significantly up-regulated,the expression of other AGO genes was down-regulated,and the expression of DICER familywas significantly down-regulated. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Abnormal expression ofthe ARGONAUTE and DICER families suggests that they may be involved in the development of colon cancer.
